Coming Home to Self: The Self-Guided Journey is a great place to start your self-connection journey as it will provide you with the tools needed to balance your energy so that you (re)connect to your innate oneness. If you prefer working through content on your own, this is the program for you. It includes 5 lessons focused on building your connection to self, delivered over the course of 5 weeks. Each week introduces a new topic (building on the previous weeks) that will support you as you move upward through your chakras to transform and balance your energy levels. You’ll work through topics such as finding “home”, speaking your truth, identifying your wants and needs, and connecting with your intuition and divine self. The program includes readings, informational handouts, meditations, tools and practices you can use to start to (re)connect and move forward as the person you were destined to be.
